They knew what they were doing and even the inspector raved on what a great job they did! My husband Charles and I decided to replace 10 of our windows with hurricane/high impact windows, and we chose this company because of the knowledgeable and straightforward information presented to us by their representatives. The costs and timelines for the made-to-order windows, and their installation, were just as promised. The installers were courteous and skilled, and were careful with our home and furnishings. They did an excellent job of installation as well as being thorough with the finishing touches and the cleanup. We are very satisfied with the windows, and also with the Kevlar shields that we chose for a door and the few small windows we did not have replaced. Again the installers did a good job with what needed to be done to attach the shields in case of a hurricane.

From the salesperson, Dan, to the installation team led by Brett, to the finishing person, Erik, we were very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. They answered all of our questions knowledgeably and were very conscientious. We gave Erik a list of minor things to go over and he completed everything on the list and worked past 7 pm to finish. Our new windows are beautiful and have made quite difference in the quietness of our home! We will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows.

John Dwyer construction working with Doug, Windows of America did a great job on my Window and French Balcony Door Project. They worked seamlessly together and completed the job as estimated by time and budget. The job was challenging due to 3rd floor access and a previous window leaking due to the combination of the window itself and the install procedure. Neil of Dwyer was exceptionally helpful in insuring the new window would not have the same problem and used a different install approach. They were professional and cleaned up and offered excellent communication throughout the project. I plan on using this company for future projects.
